Operator: BidCon, support@bidcon.lol. We collect what you type into our forms (name, email, URL, logo, X handle, messages) to run the directory, chairs, founding list, event RSVP, and invoices. We do not sell a shadow list of operators as a product.
Transactional mail (invoice, seat confirmation, ops alerts) may be sent from support@bidcon.lol. The BidCon brief / newsletter is sent only if you check the opt-in (Beehiiv). You can unsubscribe from the brief via that vendor's link.
Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Beehiiv (brief if you opt in), and if you pay, the payment rail we name at checkout (Stripe payment link for founding seats if enabled). We do not store card numbers.
Email support@bidcon.lol to access, correct, or delete a listing or account. We may keep paid invoices and Alumni receipts as business records.
